How to Add a Client to Your Agency Hub

Create profiles for your clients in Birdie and complete their personal information

Please note: The following feature is available for all of Birdie’s packages.

It is quick and easy to add a Client to your Agency hub. Please note this is for non-integrated agencies, if you use a rostering integration you will need to add them to that system first. You can find out more information about adding a Client via an integration provider here.

How to add a Client

Click on the Clients Tab in the top menu and select Create New Client.

You can now fill in your Client's details, there are certain details that need to be completed in order for the profile to save. These mandatory fields will be indicated with a red asterisk, these areas include:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Date of birth

  • Address

Once you have added the mandatory information make sure to click Submit, this will save your progress.

To add further details and make the profile more person-centred you can enter details on the Client information tab, which include:

  • Personal Identity

  • Clinical details

  • Key contacts

  • Future planning

  • Agency admin

When you return to the Clients tab you can search for your Clients by using the Active, Temporarily inactive and inactive filters as well as clicking the arrows next to the titles in the Grey bar.

This enables you to search for Clients by first name, last name, status, risk level or group. 

Please note: It is not possible to delete or remove a Client's profile, you will need to make the profile inactive. If you need to see how to do this please read the most relevant article to you below:
