Please note: The following feature is available for all of Birdie’s packages.
At the moment it is not possible to print directly from the alerts tab for all clients, however, you can still download and print alerts raised by downloading your client's care log.
Start by selecting the client, click the Download PDF button at the bottom of the page. You will be asked if you want to download Basic information or Care Log, please select Care Log.
Once the Care Log has been downloaded you will see any alerts that have been raised under the day they were raised.
