Please note: The following feature is available for all of Birdie’s packages.
At the moment it is not possible to print directly from the Inbox tab for all Clients, however, you can still download and print alerts raised by downloading your Client's care log.
Start by selecting the Client, scroll down and click the Download PDF button at the bottom of the page.
You will have a choice to download Basic information or Care Log, please select Care Log and click Download PDF.
Once the Care Log has been downloaded you will see:
Any alerts that have been raised
The date and time they were raised
The type of alert that has been generated
A reason for the alert being generated
Who generated the alert
