Please note: Check the package information below, all workflows can be enabled by contacting your Customer Success Manager.

Effective care delivery requires consistent processes and timely actions. Birdie's workflow system automates crucial touchpoints throughout your care journey, from Client onboarding to regular quality checks.

By automatically generating actions based on key triggers, workflows ensure your team never misses important steps in care delivery and compliance.

Types of Workflows

Birdie offers two main types of workflows:

Pre-set Workflows: These are standardised automation sequences designed to cover common care management processes. These include Client onboarding, touchpoint management, and document tracking. Pre-set workflows are available across different Birdie packages and come with predefined triggers and actions. See more information here.

Custom Workflows: These are available in the Plus package and allow you to create personalised automation sequences that match your specific operational needs. You can define custom triggers, actions, and deadlines to align with your internal processes while maintaining the same automated efficiency as pre-set workflows. See more information here.
