The Birdie - CM2000 integration allows you to use your CM2000 Electronic Call Monitoring (ECM) system alongside your Birdie care management software. This integration is essential for agencies working with councils that mandate CM2000 for visit tracking and payment validation.

How the integration works

Birdie sends information to CM2000 regularly (approximately every hour) to keep your systems synchronised. The integration works by sending only the new and updated information since the last sync.

What Birdie sends to CM2000

For planned visits:

  • Visit scheduling information

  • Carer and client references

Important info

  • Use Birdie to plan and deliver care, e.g care management and roster

  • Carers must check in & out of the CM2000 app first before the Birdie app

  • Carers still need to check in and out of the Birdie app to access client info

  • Carers must complete care delivery tasks on the Birdie app

  • Birdie sends only the planned visit times to CM2000

  • Council uses CM2000 to get actual times and approve payments

Please note: Carers need to use both Birdie and CM2000 apps. For more information on how this works, please see this article.
