How to turn Visit Planning on

Our Visit Planning feature ensures your care recipients have a comprehensive list of tasks and medication to complete on their call.

Please note: This feature is available to all Birdie packages, if you do not have access to this, please reach out to your Customer success manager who can enable this for you.

Before you add a visit schedule you will need to turn visit planning on, because care for each Care Recipient is individual the Visit Planning feature is turned on per individual.

Start by going to the Care Recipients profile, on the left-hand tab click on the Settings tab. From here you will see a Visit Planning toggle, click this to turn it on.

Refresh your page, you will see a Visits tab appear on the left-hand panel, click the tab to start creating schedules.
