Please note: This feature is available to all Birdie packages except for agencies on the Care Management-only package who do not use a rostering integration. If you are on the correct package and you do not have access to this feature, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager who can enable this for you.
Before you add a visit schedule you will need to turn visit planning on, because care for each Care Recipient is individual the Visit Planning feature is turned on per individual.
Start by going to the Care Recipients profile, on the left-hand tab click on the Settings tab. From here you will see a Visit Planning toggle, click this to turn it on.
Refresh your page, you will see a Visits tab appear on the left-hand panel, click the tab to start creating schedules.
