Where to find it
You can open the map view from two places in the agency hub:
Go to the Clients tab or the Team tab.
Select Address map in the top right corner.
Both tabs show the same map, so you can get to it from wherever you're already working.
Reading the map
Once you're in map view, you'll see circles for both the people you support and your carers:
Blue circles show carers.
Red circles show the people you support.
The legend in the bottom left corner of the map is a handy reminder if you ever need to double-check.
Hover over any circle to see more detail, including:
Name
Phone number
Email
Address
Group
Finding someone quickly
Use the search bar in the top right corner to type in a name and jump straight to that person's or carer's location on the map, rather than scrolling to find them.
Filtering the map
If you only want to see certain groups, use the filters next to the search bar to narrow the map down to the groups you want to see, without the rest of the map getting in the way.
Zooming in and out
When you zoom out, nearby circles group together into a cluster, shown as a single number. This keeps the map readable when you're looking at a wider area. Zoom in on a cluster to break it apart and see the individual circles underneath.
If someone isn't showing on the map
If a person's or carer's address isn't set correctly, they won't have a map position and won't appear on the map. This also affects mileage tracking and check-in/check-out, so it's worth checking their address is set up correctly in their profile.
