Adding a picture to your Client's profile adds another layer of person-centred care and best of all, this picture will be visible to Carers on their Birdie app so they can see who they are visiting.
How to add a Client profile picture
Select the Client from the Clients tab and select their Basic Information tab in the left-hand sidebar. Now click the Edit button next to the Personal details heading.
You will now be able to upload a JPG or PNG file with a maximum size of 12 Mb.
Once you have uploaded a picture scroll to the bottom of the page to click Submit. You will be able to see this in both the Agency hub and on the Birdie app.
How to edit or remove a Client profile picture
If you need to change the picture or remove it, you can do this easily by going to the section where you uploaded the picture.
Click the Update button to change it or the Delete button to remove it entirely.
