How to Change Your Password or Email in Looker for Birdie Analytics

This article will show you how to change or request a new password in Looker for your Birdie Analytics account

We're so excited to have you onboard with Birdie Analytics! This insightful tool powered by a program called Looker will help you be CQC inspection-ready in just a few clicks. Before we get into the exciting stuff, it's important to know your admin controls within the system. Let's start with changing your password.

How to change your password

Click on the person icon at the top right-hand side of your Birdie Analytics home screen, then select Account. The Account page lets you configure some of your Looker user account settings.

The top section of the Account page shows your Looker account’s settings.

To reset your password, click the Change Password button to set a new password.

How to change your Email

If you are the looker license holder (you set the account up with your email) and you need the email changed, please contact our support team via live chat or  email [email protected] who will assist you with this.

If you are not the account holder and you need your email changed you will need to contact the license holder in your agency.
