In this pop-up box, you will be able to see details such as their name and whether they are active on your agency. The same information is also present in the Care Professional's with expiring training report.

To download this information click the Download button in the right-hand corner of the pop-up. You will then have the option to download the report in a format that suits you.

To download the full report, navigate to the report homepage and click the three dots in the right-hand corner. On the drop-down menu click Download, here you will have multiple format options to choose from.

How to download the full rows

When viewing or downloading a report on Looker, it defaults to showing 500 rows, even if more rows of data are available.

You can change this by going to the data dropdown, and adding in a custom number e.g. 10000, then clicking run. This will update and show over 500 rows of data.

When you download the report from Looker, you can select All Results or a custom number of rows e.g. 10000, so that it downloads all the data for you.
