For Updating Carers

  1. Navigate to the Teams tab in the Agency Hub.

  2. Search for the user.

  3. Go to the Basic Info section.

  4. Click Edit at the top of the section.

  5. Enter the new email address.

  6. Click Submit to save the changes.

For Updating Admins

  1. Open the Agency Hub and go to your profile.

  2. Select Edit on the Basic Info tab.

  3. Update the email address field with your new email.

  4. Save the changes.

For Users Without Access to Update Their Email

  • Please contact an admin at your care agency and request for them to update your email address in their system. Once updated, the changes will reflect in your Birdie account.

If you are using an integration

  • Update the email address via the integration such as Nourish or Coldharbour. The integration will push through the changes to Birdie at the next sync time.
