Please note: The following feature is available for all of Birdie’s packages.

If you need to send or download care logs, observations or information that was recorded by a Care Professional during a visit you can do this by downloading the care logs. Alternatively, if you are looking to share the care logs with a third party, this can be shared via the Shared Access feature. For instructions on how to use our Share Access feature see here.

You can easily download and print the care logs that your Care Professionals submit directly from the Agency Hub. You can filter for the exact dates and care recipients you need, reducing the hours spent collecting and going through all the notes at the end of the month.

How to download care logs for a specific Care recipient

  1. Go to the Log tab

  2. In the filter box on the left-hand side select the specific care recipient

  3. Select a date range, please note you can only download 7 days of logs at a time, however, this can be 7 days from any month

  4. Click on 'Download PDF' at the bottom

Please note: If the Care logs are quite large you may need to download 3-4 days at a time instead. If you keep receiving an error try a smaller amount again.

How to download care logs for a period of longer than 7 days (e.g. a full Month)

  1. Please note you can only download 7 days of logs at a time, so if you need to download Care Logs for a Full Month you will need to download multiple files for each 7-day period

  2. For example, you should download a file for the 1st July - 8th July and then download a separate file for the 9th of July - 16th July

How to download care logs for multiple Care Recipients

  1. Go to the Log tab

  2. Filter by care professional or Group (optional)

  3. Select a date range, please note you can only download 7 days of logs at a time, however, this can be 7 days from any month

  4. Click on 'Download PDF' at the bottom

If you download the care logs for multiple care recipients the care logs will be downloaded separately with a one-page daily report for each care recipient.

These reports will now be downloaded onto your computer's files, here you can send them via email or you can print them off if need be.
