FAQ's

Why Isn't a Location Recorded for a Visit?

If a location isn't recorded for a visit, it could be because the geo-location verification feature hasn't been enabled for the client. Make sure to check the client's profile settings and ensure that geo-location is toggled on.

What is a Forced Check-In Alert?

When a carer checks in outside the designated area, the app will trigger a forced check-in alert. This feature ensures accuracy and accountability in visit tracking, even when geo-location may not align perfectly. Ensure geo-location settings are properly configured to avoid unnecessary alerts.
