How to reset a Care professional's passcode

If your care professional is locked out of their Birdie app you can easily reset their passcode

Please note: The following feature is available for all of Birdie’s packages.

When a Care Professional logs into the Birdie app for the first time they will be asked to create a 4-digit passcode, every time they open the app they will need to re-enter this code.

As this is their password to access Care Recipient information it is important that they do not share their passcode with anyone. In the instance that they have shared, forgotten or been locked out of the app you can easily reset it from the Agency Hub.

How to reset a passcode

  1. Go to the Team tab and find the Care Professional profile

  2. Select the Admin tab on the left-hand side

  3. Click the Reset button on the Reset passcode section

The Care Professional will now be logged out of the app and asked to create a new 4-digit passcode.
